At Goal Attained, we believe that the role of a Personal Trainer is to educate and train his/her client in a way that will allow them to attain their goals through their own hard work and commitment and provide them with the knowledge necessary to be able to continue doing so thereafter.
We develop each program individually with our clients and custom-tailor its content to meet their specific individual needs, goals and preferences. The initial consultation is followed by a comprehensive fitness assessment to establish their ‘start point’. This is followed by the implementation of a personalized development program that is reviewed regularly throughout all its stages until the client attains his/her target goal.
