Goal Attained's Beach Adventure Training Concept integrates exciting biking and kayaking with interval training sessions. This unique and varied approach to fitness training consists of a one-hour intensive session that brings together a number of different, adventure-style, exercises.

Interval and circuit training develops strength and endurance as clients exercise their aerobic and anaerobic systems simultaneously to build muscle. The workout is based on the benefits of high and low interval training that combines exercises and fun activities with jogging to provide the motivation and teamwork unique to a group-training environment.

These sessions allow clients to train and experience a lifestyle change in the fun and motivational setting of a group environment. They include both morning and evening heart pumping sessions all conducted on the beach, each employing multi-dimensional fitness techniques with proven results. Combining active recovery and continuous exercise, each session is different and irrespective of how and no matter how unfit our clients may be initially, they are able to train alongside others, without the embarrassment of ever becoming ‘left behind’.
